Key Responsibilities: Lead R&D initiatives for development of new products, shades, and formulations (solvent-based, water-based, emulsion paints, etc.) Optimize existing formulations to reduce cost without compromising quality. Oversee raw material evaluation, testing, and vendor development. Guide plant technical team in scaling up lab batches to full production. Lead quality control and assurance activities; ensure compliance with BIS, ISO, ROHS, REACH, and environmental standards. Provide technical support to sales, marketing, and customer service teams.
