Required Qualifications & Skills - Bachelors degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Accounts/Purchase roles within an educational institution. Hands-on experience with any ERP system. Strong understanding of procurement processes, accounting principles, Stock / Inventory and institutional workflows. Key Responsibilities - Act as the primary point of contact for the Purchase and Accounts modules in the ERP system. Coordinate with internal departments (Accounts, Store, Purchase) to ensure proper configuration and usage of ERP features. Monitor data entry accuracy and assist departments in requisition, quotation, purchase order, GRN, and invoice processes through ERP. Support the finance team in ledger, fee structure, payment tracking, and reconciliation tasks via ERP. Provide training and support to end-users on module functionality and updates. Ensure all transactions and workflows comply with internal policies and audit requirements.
