Key responsibilities:

1. Analyze customer expectations according to past social media activity 2. Develop social media campaigns 3. Define KPIs and KRAs for social media campaigns 4. Update social media content across all channels 5. Engage with customers and followers 6. Use social media marketing tools such as Buffer and Hootsuite (mention any social media marketing tool that you are currently using or plan to use) 7. Monitor campaigns and analyzes data obtained 8. Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics 9. Establish relationships with social media influencers to develop a strong network 10. Develop content or get it done by content developers 11. Keep an eye on social media trends 12. Communicate effectively to all stakeholders including senior management and content developers
