Job Description: We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic Junior Site Engineers with 1-2 years of experience to join our growing team. You will assist in managing and executing various construction and engineering projects across Maharashtra, Karnataka, and Gujarat. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the fabrication and erection of steel structures, piping, and equipment. Support shutdown and breakdown maintenance activities. Monitor day-to-day site activities under the guidance of senior engineers. Ensure safety compliance and help maintain quality standards on-site. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and other site personnel. Maintain daily work reports, site logs, and documentation. Participate in regular site inspections and progress reviews. Support timely completion of project deliverables. Desired Candidate Profile: B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering 1-2 years of hands-on experience in site execution or construction projects. Knowledge in fabrication , erection, and mechanical maintenance . Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. Familiarity with relevant software and tools.
