Key Responsibilities Sales Execution: o Actively identify, target, and convert potential customers to achieve and exceed sales targets. o Promote and sell paint products, through direct customer interactions. Customer Engagement: o Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions. o Provide product demonstrations and explain technical specifications and benefits effectively. Reporting and Administration: o Maintain accurate and timely records o Prepare and present weekly and monthly sales performance Qualifications and Skills Education: o Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Experience: o Minimum 2-3 years of experience in direct sales, preferably in the paints, coatings, or FMCG industry. Skills and Competencies: o Strong communication and negotiation skills. o Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive market. o Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
