1. Expertise in Auto cad, familiar with process documentation and machining process.
2. Drawing preparation, clear knowledge on GDnT concept and implementation.
3. Design, plan and execute experiments on pilot scale equipments.
4. Improve continually, existing operations, for increased quality, productivity and cost saving.
5. Maintaining process documentation, revision status, customer drawings etc in line with ISO requirements.
6. Support maintenance program, where necessary, preventive maintenance checks.
7. Cross functional work with R&D team, communicating effectively to ensure efficient scale up of the process.
8. Open to learn QC tools, deciding process flow, modeling and programming
9. Investigate operational problems and report and recommend solutions.
10. Practice safety and continues improvement
