Job Title: Junior Lead Generation Specialist Location: Ambattur, Chennai(onsite) Fulltime Job Summary: We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Lead Generation Specialist to assist in identifying and engaging potential customers for our products/services. You'll work closely with our sales and marketing teams to generate high-quality leads and support business growth. Key Responsibilities: - Research and identify potential customers through various channels (databases, social media, etc.) - Assist in developing and executing lead generation strategies - Engage with prospects via phone, email, or social media to qualify leads - Update CRM systems with lead interactions and feedback - Collaborate with sales teams to ensure seamless handover of qualified leads - Track and report on lead generation metrics Requirements: - 6months to 3 years of experience in lead generation, sales, or marketing - US shift work Experience is must - Strong research and analytical skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Basic knowledge of CRM software and lead generation tools - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
