Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related problems for employees and customers.
3. Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripherals.
4. Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as backups and system updates.
5. Collaborate with senior IT staff to implement new technology solutions.
Requirements:
1. Basic knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software.
2. Familiarity with networking fundamentals.
