Junior Graphic Designer

About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Jr. Graphic Designer who can bring ideas to life through design and storytelling. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills in spoken and written English, and the ability to visualize, storyboard, and execute brand concepts effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design creative assets for social media, websites, campaigns, packaging, and presentations.
• Collaborate with content and marketing teams to visualize and storyboard brand campaigns.
• Translate brand guidelines and briefs into engaging visual designs.
• Use tools like Canva for quick designs, and Adobe Suite for advanced creative needs.
• Apply AI tools like Gemini and ChatGPT to support ideation, visual prompts, and design workflows.
• Ensure design consistency, attention to detail, and brand alignment across all materials.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, formats, and industry tools.
• Handle multiple projects with deadlines in a fast-paced creative environment.
• Participate in brainstorming and creative review sessions.
• Maintain and organize design assets, files, and templates.

Required Skills & Tools:

• Strong command of English (written and verbal)
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
• Familiarity with Canva, PowerPoint, and presentation design
• Awareness and hands-on with AI tools (Gemini, ChatGPT, Midjourney, DALL·E etc.)
• Understanding of color theory, layout design, typography, and branding
• Ability to think creatively and critically

Eligibility:

• Fresher or 1–2 years of professional design experience
• Recently passed out of a Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related fields
• A well-curated portfolio showcasing design thinking and execution
