Junior Graphic Designer

Position: Junior Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Support Senior Designers:

  Assist in creating onbrand graphics for brochures, social media, emailers, POSM, signage, and presentations.

• Layout & Retouching:

  Prepare layouts, edit images, and format copy under guidance.

• Brand Consistency:

  Ensure all assets adhere to established brand guidelines.

• File Management:

  Organize design files, maintain version control, and prepare printready artwork.

• Feedback Iteration:

  Incorporate creative and client feedback quickly and accurately.

• Research & Inspiration:

  Stay updated on design trends and share ideas with the team.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education:

  Diploma or Bachelors in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.

• Software Proficiency:

  Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; basic familiarity with Figma or Sketch a plus.

• Portfolio:

  Demonstrates strong fundamentals in typography, colour, and composition.

• Attention to Detail:

  Meticulous about pixelperfect layouts and consistency.

• Team Player:

  Eager to learn, open to feedback, and collaborates well with others.

• Time Management:

  Able to multitask and meet tight deadlines in a fastpaced agency environment.

• Communication:

  Clear verbal and written skills; comfortable asking questions to clarify briefs.
