Role & responsibilities Business Analysis (Lending Focus): Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements related to loan origination, servicing, and collections. Collaborate with multiple team to enhance lending platforms. Support the configuration, testing, and rollout of new features in lending applications. Conduct impact and gap analysis to align technology solutions with business goals. Compliance Management: Work closely with compliance and legal teams to understand regulatory requirements Ensure that lending workflows adhere to internal policies and external regulatory standards. Document compliance processes and support periodic audits or reviews. Track and assess changes in financial regulations that affect lending operations. General Responsibilities: Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and workflow diagrams. Participate in daily status calls Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by defining test scenarios and coordinating validation with stakeholders. Maintain requirements traceability and ensure ongoing alignment with business priorities. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with exposure to lending products or platforms. Understanding of regulatory frameworks in banking and lending (e.g., KYC, AML, data privacy). Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills. Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Excel, etc. Basic knowledge of databases or ability to interpret SQL queries is a plus.
