Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Junior Bidding Executive to join our business development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, bidding, and managing online projects on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and similar portals.
Key Responsibilities:
Research and identify potential projects through various online bidding platforms
Create and submit effective proposals tailored to client requirements
Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide timely responses
Coordinate with internal teams to prepare pricing and project timelines
Follow up with leads and convert them into long-term clients
Maintain accurate records of all bids and client communications
Stay updated with bidding trends, technologies, and client expectations
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
