JUNIOR ARCHITECT

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented junior architect to join our design team. The ideal candidate will assist in developing architectural designs, preparing presentations, working on construction documents, and coordinating with consultants and clients. This role is ideal for someone passionate about architecture and eager to grow in a collaborative studio environment. Join our team and have a fun work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development of conceptual and detailed architectural designs.
• Create and modify 2D drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar software.
• Participate in client meetings and support communication between clients, contractors, and consultants.
• Prepare design presentations, reports, and working drawings.
• Assist in material research and coordination with vendors and consultants.
• Maintain project documentation and support the team during project phases from design through construction.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or currently pursuing final year (for internships).
• 0–2 years of experience in architectural design or internship with a recognized firm.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, and Lumion/Enscape/Twinmotion is a plus.
• Strong understanding of architectural design principles and construction methods.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
