Junior Architect

A Junior Architect assists the design and project teams in developing architectural plans, preparing presentations, coordinating with consultants, and ensuring the design intent is translated into working drawings.

Key Responsibilities: Design & Documentation

• Assist in creating conceptual designs, mood boards, and space planning.
• Draft architectural drawings in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit and Lumion.
• Support in creating 3D models, renderings, and walkthroughs.
• Prepare BOQs and specification sheets.
• Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and prepare reports.
• Maintain physical and digital filing systems for documentation.
• Support in social media content creation showcasing design projects.

Project Execution & Coordination

• Conduct site visits to ensure design implementation.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and consultants for drawings and execution.
• Maintain project files, drawing logs, and revision records.

Research & Development

• Source new materials and keep track of material catalogs.
• Assist in client meetings and material selection.
• Stay updated on architectural trends, building codes, and standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹8,607.53 - ₹20,000.00 per month
