Junior Architect Fresher Job

You're a young, energetic architect with a strong design sensibility and an eye for detail. You love sketching out ideas and watching them turn into stunning built forms. Whether it's a villa's elevation or the detailing of a wardrobe shutter, you think in terms of both scale and material. You're tech-savvy, organized, and excited to work across both architecture and interiors. Key responsibilities: 1. Architecture: a. Assist in conceptualizing and designing residential buildings (villas, floors, farmhouses). b. Prepare and develop working drawings, GFCs, and detail drawings for construction. c. Coordinate with structural, MEP, and site teams to ensure architectural intent is met. d. Develop 3D exterior massing and renderings using relevant software. 2. Interior Design: a. Create layouts, mood boards, and FF&E presentations. b. Develop interior 3D models and renders of living spaces, kitchens, bathrooms, and furniture. c. Work on site measurements, BOQs, and material coordination with vendors. d. Detail joinery, finishes, and custom furniture for execution. 3. Cross-functional: a. Collaborate with founders and consultants on high-end residential projects. b. Attend client meetings and site visits. c. Contribute to design reviews, presentations, and office brainstorming sessions. d. Stay up to date with trends in luxury design, sustainability, and building materials. Requirements: 1. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion/V-Ray, Photoshop, and MS Office. 2. Ability to develop GFC drawings, interior detailing, and 3D models independently. 3. Strong aesthetic sensibility and a portfolio that shows flair and technical clarity. 4. Willingness to learn, take feedback, and grow rapidly within the firm. What we offer: 1.
