Job Description:

Legal Capital Law Firm is seeking a dedicated and skilled Advocate to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in litigation, legal drafting, client consultations, and court proceedings. You will work closely with senior advocates and clients across civil, criminal, corporate, and commercial matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Appear and represent clients in various courts, tribunals, and legal forums
• Draft and review legal documents including petitions, agreements, notices, affidavits, and contracts
• Conduct legal research and prepare case strategies
• Liaise with clients, understand their legal requirements, and provide clear legal advice
• Maintain case files and documentation in an organized manner
• Attend client meetings, mediation, arbitration, and settlement discussions
• Coordinate with external counsel when required

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of procedural and substantive law
• Excellent drafting and communication skills
• Ability to handle court filings and documentation independently
• Good analytical and legal research skills
• Professional conduct with high attention to detail
• Time management and ability to work under pressure
• Proficiency in MS Office, legal research tools (Manupatra, SCC, etc.)

Qualifications:

• LL.B. degree from a recognized institution
• Enrolled with a State Bar Council
• 1–5 years of professional experience in litigation and/or legal advisory
