You will play a pivotal role as a Human Resource Executive at Datum Advanced Composites Private Limited, a rapidly growing fibre-reinforced polymer (FRP) composite manufacturing business based in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India. Your primary responsibility will be to support the company's growth by acquiring and managing its most valuable asset - the employees. Working closely with the management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that are in line with the company's business objectives and contribute to creating a positive and engaging work environment.
