Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Junior Sales Executive to support our B2B sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will assist in identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role is perfect for someone starting their career in sales who is eager to learn and grow within a dynamic sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct market research to identify potential B2B clients and industries.

Generate leads through cold calls, emails, networking, and social media outreach.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align on strategies and feedback.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

0–2 years of experience in B2B sales or a related role (internships included).

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
