Jr. Purchase Executive

Role Overview:

As a Jr. Purchase Executive at Tirex Chargers, you will play a pivotal role in the procurement process of an organization. This role involves strategic sourcing, negotiation, and ensuring the timely acquisition of goods and services necessary for smooth business operations.

Responsibilities:

Evaluating the best supplier with respect to quality, cost criteria & delivery schedule

Attaining quotations/ analysis for purchases and acquiring technical submittals from approved suppliers of products

Identifying and developing a dedicated and alternate vendor source for, achieving cost effective purchases of raw materials and reduction in delivery time.

Following-up with vendors for timely deliveries & quality checks as well as ensuring timely payment Confirming the payment terms & explaining them the procedures & standards of the company.

Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing.

Track orders and ensure timely delivery with suppliers

Preparation of PO (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases.

Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices.

Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analysis.

Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely delivery

Well versed with MS office/ Excel/ERP

Skill Sets & Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.

2-3 years of experience in a Purchase Executive or similar role, preferably within the engineering or manufacturing industry.

Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse Vendors at all levels.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

Proficiency in ERP software or any other Purchase Software Knowledge.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
