Job Summary:

As a Jr. Merchandiser in our Modern Trade department, your main job is to keep track of products and make sure everything runs smoothly. You'll work closely with others to manage inventory, coordinate operations, and visit stores to see how things are going.

Key Responsibilities:

1- Inventory & Stock Management

a) Ensure timely ordering and stock movement

b) Track footwear articles and update records

c) Coordinate store-wise stock levels and product availability

d) Handle returns and shortages proactively

2- Store & Operations Support

a) Plan inter-store transfers weekly

b) Support promotions, discounts, and displays

c) Stay in touch with stores to track fast- and slow-moving products

d) Assist with store launches

3- Reporting

a) Daily sales and weekly stock reporting

b) Create order forms and maintain internal checklists

4- Store Visits

a) Visit Mumbai stores monthly to review performance

b) Observe competitor products and market trends

What You Need

a) Min. 2 years of retail/footwear merchandising experience

b) Graduate in business, retail, fashion, or similar

c) Strong coordination and problem-solving skills

d) Proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint

e) Detail-oriented and self-driven

This job is all about keeping our products organized and making sure everything runs smoothly in our stores. You'll work with a team to make sure our shelves are stocked, our reports are accurate, and our customers are happy.

Working Days:
Monday to Saturday: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM2nd & 4th Saturday off

Compensation:
INR 3,36,000 PA/ depends upon the candidate’s profile too.
