Job Summary: Responsible for managing the end-to-end production process from order placement to final shipment, ensuring on-time delivery, product quality, and compliance with buyer requirements. The role serves as a liaison between buyers, suppliers, and internal teams to execute production smoothly and cost-effectively. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate with buyers to understand product requirements, specifications, timelines, and quality standards. Develop and manage the production calendar and ensure key milestones are met. Source raw materials and trims, and follow up with suppliers for timely delivery. Monitor production progress with factories/vendors and solve any issues that may delay timelines. Ensure quality control processes are in place and coordinate with QA teams for inspections. Handle sample development (proto, fit, PP, SMS) and ensure approvals from buyers. Negotiate prices with suppliers/factories while maintaining product quality and cost targets. Maintain production tracking reports and update all stakeholders regularly. Ensure all documentation (POs, invoices, packing lists) is accurate and submitted on time. Key Skills & Qualifications: Knowledge of production processes, fabrics, trims, and garment construction. Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
