Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and professional networks.Screen resumes and applications based on job requirements.Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and interest.Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.Maintain and update candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS).Coordinate with team leads and hiring managers to understand hiring needs.Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience.Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting job ads.Stay updated with current recruiting trends and technologies.
