Job Description:-

Design Development: Assist in the conceptualization and development of architectural designs, ensuring alignment with client requirements and project objectives.
Project Coordination: Collaborate with senior architects and project managers to ensure timely and effective execution of project plans.
Drafting and Modeling: Produce accurate and detailed architectural drawings and 3D models using industry-standard software tools.
Site Visits: Participate in site visits to monitor progress, ensure compliance with design specifications, and address any on-site challenges.
Documentation: Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including design specifications, reports, and correspondence.
Software Proficiency: AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS-Office, Primavera

Key Requirements

Experience: 1-2 years of experience in architecture, ideally within the real estate sector.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or a relevant field.
Professional Skills: Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a strong attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with sustainable architectural practices
Experience in mixed-use or high-rise projects

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per year
