We are seeking a highly motivated Jr. Architect with 1-2 years of experience to join our dynamic real estate company. The ideal candidate will contribute to the design and development of architectural projects, focusing on innovative solutions and sustainable practices. This full-time, office-based role offers an excellent opportunity to grow and develop within the field.

Key Responsibilities

• Design Development: Assist in the conceptualization and development of architectural designs, ensuring alignment with client requirements and project objectives.
• Project Coordination: Collaborate with senior architects and project managers to ensure timely and effective execution of project plans.
• Drafting and Modeling: Produce accurate and detailed architectural drawings and 3D models using industry-standard software tools.
• Site Visits: Participate in site visits to monitor progress, ensure compliance with design specifications, and address any on-site challenges.
• Documentation: Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including design specifications, reports, and correspondence.
• Software Proficiency: AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS-Office, Primavera

Key Requirements

• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in architecture, ideally within the real estate sector.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or a relevant field.
• Professional Skills: Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a strong attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with sustainable architectural practices
• Experience in mixed-use or high-rise projects
