Role & respon Job Description Power Platform Job description Roles and Responsibilities Work closely with Leads/Manager in delivering Power Platform, Data Analytics engagements for clients. Understand client requirements (Problem statements) and provide innovative solutions. Ensuring all the stakeholders are kept fully informed of any issues arising and the progress of the work. Maintaining control and stability under pressure whilst recognizing the deadline or urgency to be dealt with. Work within a team to ideate and develop new Power Platform solutions to solve critical challenges faced by businesses. Supporting with proposals and pitches. Develop applications on PowerApps. Develop flows in Power Automate to automate processes. Connect data from different sources like SharePoint, OneDrive, or Excel in PowerApps. Process structured and unstructured data to automate business process and provide meaningful insights. Develop Applications on SharePoint Online, create websites, templates, pages, banners etc. Develop rich Power BI visuals which provides deeper insights into data. Migrate Apps/Flows/Virtual Agents from development environment to test to production as per timelines Integrate with third party applications and systems. Collaborate with stakeholders and understand the requirements and convert it to HLD and LLD Desired Candidate Profile 4-6 years experience in developing Power Platform components like Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Virtual Agent, and SharePoint. Good understanding of all the Power Platform tools. Desire to grow and drive to develop data analytics practice. Ability to quickly learn how existing systems operate. Ability to express ideas with authority and conviction throughout verbal and written communication. Ability to think creatively, generate innovative ideas, challenge the status quo, and deliver work effectively. Interpersonal skills: the ability to build client relationships with a foundation of trust and responsibility. Analytical skills: the ability to think critically, research and solve problems. Basic awareness of any common coding language entities (variables, functions). Basic understanding of SQL or any similar Database. Ability to understand logical linking between different set of controls and variables. Ability to multitask and work with tight timelines. Passion for Innovation and with a Can-Do attitude. Previous experience working in an Agile Scrum environment (Nice to have). Prior experience working in an Innovation team (Nice to have). Commitment to self-development & learning new technologies. Affinity with our values; in particular, respect for individuals, diversity, and integrity. Certifications on M365 - preferred Mandatory Technical skills Minimum 2-3 years experience with skills Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Virtual Agent, developing Apps in Power Platform, SharePoint SharePoint development experience with SharePoint on-premises 2013/2016 and SharePoint Online Working experience with SharePoint framework Developed applications in PowerApps. Well versed with HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, bootstrap, jQuery, responsive de sibilities Preferred candidate profile
