This is a fantastic opportunity for professionals with a strong background in IT operations, batch monitoring, and incident management to work in a dynamic and fast-paced 24x7 environment. Role Highlights: Title: Senior Operations Analyst Experience: 5 to 8 years Location: Bangalore Shift: Rotational (24x7 support) three shifts Day shift – 5 days from office – Pick and drop provided. During Night shift occasional WFH provided Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Key Skills Required: Hands-on experience with Control-M / JP1 or other batch scheduling tools Exposure to Unix / Windows / AS400 / Mainframe environments Incident and service management (e.g., ServiceNow) Strong communication and coordination abilities Prior experience in banking / financial services is preferred You’ll be responsible for monitoring batch jobs and systems, managing incidents, coordinating with global support teams, and providing SME-level guidance during shifts.
