Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our stock market research advisory services. Understand clients’ needs and provide information about our services to meet their requirements. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate and sell our services. Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects. Maintain accurate records of calls, client interactions, and sales activities in our CRM system. Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies and share best practices. Qualifications: Proven experience as a telecaller or similar sales/customer service role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong persuasive skills and ability to overcome objections. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
