Replenishment : Ensure stock is replenished in a timely manner and escalate procurement needs to management if stocks are low or out of stock. Stock Rotation : Ensure that stock is rotated regularly to prevent spoilage or wastage, particularly with perishable items like food and beverages. Inventory Audits : Conduct regular inventory audits to track the usage, sales, and wastage of products, ensuring accurate stock levels. Point of Sale (POS) Operations : Operate the POS system for processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently. Sales Reports : Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to track performance and identify trends or areas for improvement.
