Role Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Sr. Executive – QA/QC to ensure the highest quality standards across our fresh produce, grocery SKUs, packaging processes, and warehouse operations. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring, improving, and enforcing quality across raw materials, production, labeling, packaging, and dispatch processes, ensuring compliance with FSSAI, SOPs, and company protocols. Key Responsibilities:Quality Assurance Define and implement QA protocols for fresh, processed, and packaged food items. Ensure product quality meets internal standards and FSSAI regulations. Approve incoming raw materials by confirming specifications and conducting visual/physical checks. Conduct regular audits at vendors and internal processing units. Quality Control Perform and supervise quality checks across stages: receiving, processing, packaging, and dispatch. Monitor parameters like moisture content, microbial load (where relevant), packaging integrity, and label accuracy. Implement batch-wise QC reporting and traceability. Packaging &Label Control Check labeling compliance: MRP, date of packaging, batch no., expiry, nutritional info. Ensure correct packaging material usage as per SKU standards. Documentation & Compliance Maintain QA/QC documentation: checklists, batch records, test reports, and deviation logs. Support FSSAI, HACCP, and other regulatory audits. Drive adherence to SOPs and hygiene protocols (5S, GMP). Training & Team Coordination Train warehouse, processing, and packing staff on quality and hygiene standards. Work closely with procurement, production, and dispatch teams to resolve quality issues. Key Requirements: B.Sc./M.Sc. in Food Technology, Microbiology, or a related field. Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in QA/QC in food processing, FMCG, agritech, or grocery brands. Strong knowledge of FSSAI regulations, shelf-life standards, food safety practices, and packaging QC. Experience with quality tools: checklists, RCA (Root Cause Analysis), 5 Why, and CAPA. Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic data reporting. Good communication and team coordination skills. Ability to work in fast-paced, multi-SKU environments. Job Title: Sr. Executive – Operations (Factory / Processing Unit) Location: Vikasnagar, Uttarakhand (On-site) Company: KIWI Kisan Window Pvt. Ltd. About the Role We are looking for a hands-on and responsible Sr. Executive – Operations to independently manage day-to-day activities at our central processing and packaging unit. This facility supplies products to our own retail stores, B2B and e-commerce partners through internal logistics or 3PLs. You will be responsible for material flow, processing coordination, packaging supervision, dispatch readiness, and team/staff discipline — all while maintaining hygiene, SOPs, and stock accuracy. Key Responsibilities Inbound & Material Handling  Receive raw materials and packaging items; check quantity and condition.  Coordinate unloading, GRN/inward entries, and stacking by SKU.  Ensure proper FIFO tagging and shelf-life control. Processing & Packaging Operations  Plan and supervise daily packaging of grocery and processed goods.  Monitor proper label use, pack weight accuracy, sealing, and batch marking.  Coordinate with QA/QC team to ensure hygiene and product quality on floor. Dispatch Readiness (B2B + B2C)  Ensure timely preparation of dispatches to retail stores and e-commerce hubs.  Coordinate packing against picklists/invoices from Control Tower/Sales team.  Schedule handover of goods to 3PL or internal logistics teams. Manpower & Shift Management  Manage a team of 10–20 blue-collar workers (own or outsourced).  Create daily workplans, assign tasks, track performance and discipline.  Train new staff on SOPs, packaging standards, and safety. Stock Management & ERP Discipline  Track movement of stock (RM, WIP, FG) through Excel or ERP system.  Ensure same-day data entry for inwards, processing, and dispatches.  Maintain accurate physical vs system stock records. Floor Hygiene & Process Discipline  Ensure 5S and hygiene standards in all working areas.  Oversee pest control, daily cleaning, and waste handling.  Enforce PPE use and shopfloor discipline. Who We are Looking For  Graduate in any stream; supply chain/warehouse diploma is a plus.  2–4 years of hands-on experience in factory/warehouse operations — preferably in FMCG, grocery, agritech, or food brands.  Has independently handled packaging units or small processing floors.  Strong people management and multitasking skills.  Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets, stock reports, ERP basics.  High ownership mindset, practical thinking, and task discipline. Conduct 4M (Man, Machine, Method, Material) and 5S audits regularly, ensuring an organized, efficient, and safe work environment. Utilize tools like 5 Why analysis and Pareto analysis for root cause identification and resolution of operational issues. Ensure round-the-clock operational readiness by efficiently managing rotational shifts and shift-specific performance metrics. Ensuring smooth and timely operations across labeling, packaging, production output, and distribution to maximize efficiency and effectiveness. Quality Assurance: Ensuring high product quality and regulatory compliance across labeling, packaging, and distribution by monitoring label accuracy, packaging defect rates, and adherence to safety standards. Key Skills & Qualifications: Graduate with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Warehouse, Logistics, or Operations, preferably from E-commerce, Retail, Grocery, or Agritech industries . Strong execution mindset — result-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive. Proven track record in managing high-volume warehouse operations under time and resource constraints. Demonstrated people management skills with experience handling on-roll and outsourced teams. Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced operations , and capable of taking ownership to solve real-time challenges.
