We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Programmer to join our manufacturing team. The CNC Programmer will be responsible for writing, testing, and optimizing programs for CNC machines (mills, lathes, routers, etc.) to ensure high-quality and efficient production of precision components. This role requires strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with machinists, engineers, and quality control staff. Key Responsibilities: Develop and write CNC programs using CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, Fusion 360, SolidCAM, etc.) Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications Set up CNC machines and assist in proving out programs during the first article run Optimize machining processes to reduce cycle times and increase tool life Select appropriate cutting tools, speeds, feeds, and fixtures Perform simulations and testing to verify program accuracy Collaborate with machinists and engineers to resolve production issues Maintain documentation of programs, setups, and process improvements Ensure programs comply with safety, quality, and productivity standards Provide support for continuous improvement initiatives
