Key Responsibilities:Accounting: Manage accounts payable/receivable, prepare financial statements, assist with tax filings, and handle payroll. Bank Reconciliation: Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations. Admin Duties: Manage office supplies, maintain employee records, and provide HR support. Documentation: Organize financial and administrative documents. Customer/Vendor Relations: Communicate with stakeholders for financial and administrative queries. Qualifications & Skills:Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CA/CMA/ACCA preferred). Experience: Previous experience in accounting/admin roles. Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks), Microsoft Office, strong organizational and communication skills.
