We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 6 years of experience in retail mortgages and sales, with a strong background in relationship management. Roles and Responsibility Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to acquire new customers. Develop and implement effective sales plans to achieve business targets. Collaborate with internal teams to provide excellent customer service and support. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market. Build and maintain a strong network of contacts within the community. Job Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in retail mortgages and sales. Strong knowledge of financial products and services, including mortgage loans. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience working with diverse client groups and building strong relationships.
