1 Maintain a fast speed of service, especially during all times 2 Take orders from customers and input their selections into the restaurant’s computer systems 3 Assemble orders on trays or in bags, depending on the type of order 4 Process food large orders for events 5 Count & verify your till at the end of each shift and deposit money in the safe 6 Clean your station thoroughly before, during and after each shift 7 Respond to guest questions, concerns and complaints and make sure they leave satisfied 8 Follow all restaurant safety and security procedures 9 Arrive on time for all shifts and stay until shift completion 10 Maintain cleaning & hygiene of the premises 11 Receiving and Stocking all the materials as per SOP. 12 Maintaining FIFO & inventory properly. 13 Meet & Greet to each & every guest with smile .
