Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Tally Operator to manage day-to-day accounting operations using Tally ERP software. The ideal candidate will be responsible for data entry, bookkeeping, preparing invoices, managing ledgers, and supporting overall financial management. Key Responsibilities: Enter and manage financial transactions in Tally ERP software Maintain accurate ledgers and records of financial transactions Generate sales, purchase, payment, and receipt vouchers Reconcile bank statements and accounts Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory reports Support in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing Assist with payroll processing and expense management Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting Perform other administrative tasks as required in the accounts department Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience as a Tally Operator or similar role Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance Strong data entry skills and attention to detail Good understanding of accounting principles Proficient in MS Excel and other office software Excellent organizational and time management skills Minimum qualification: B.Com / M.Com / Diploma in Accounting or relevant field Preferred Qualifications: Certification in Tally ERP or accounting software 1–3 years of experience in a similar role Working knowledge of e-filing and compliance platforms
