Position: Plant & Machinery Maintenance Executive– (Only Males) Qualification required: Diploma or ITI in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Maintenance. Timings: 9:30AM – 7:00PM Responsibilities: · Plan and execute routine maintenance schedules for equipment and facilities. · Conduct inspections to identify potential issues before they become major problems. · Respond promptly to machinery or equipment breakdowns. · Diagnose faults and perform necessary repairs or arrange for service technicians. · Minimize downtime by prioritizing and resolving issues quickly. · Monitor the condition of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, AHU, RO, AIR COMPRESSOR, GENERATORS and other utility systems. · Maintain an inventory of tools, equipment, and spare parts. · Track record of machinery breakdown requisition slips and maintain history record of each machine · Keep detailed logs of maintenance work done, faults identified, and resolutions. · Conduct routine safety checks and risk assessments and give proper training to machine operators. Types of Machinery to be handled: FBD, BLENDER, GRINDING & PULVERIZING MACHINE, Volumetric MACHINE.
