Job Summary: As a Field Service Engineer, you will be required to travel, install, commission, service, and provide training to our customers across India. You will undergo initial training and evaluation, after which you will be deployed for various activities such as machine installation at customer sites, servicing, providing training to customer operators and engineers, and commissioning machines at our factory. Job Description: - Candidates with a strong interest and basic knowledge of mechanical components and machines are highly preferred. - Those with a good intuition for troubleshooting will be given preference. - Candidates with prior experience in installation, servicing, or commissioning of machines will be highly considered. - Good communication skills are essential to interact with customers, understand issues, and resolve them effectively. - Knowledge of components such as bearings, pneumatic cylinders, belts, servo motors, induction motors, drives, contactors, relays, PLCs, HMIs, MCPs, and sensors is a plus. - Incentives will be awarded after successful training and evaluation based on service competence and task completion. Key Responsibilities: - After successful training, travel to customer locations to install and commission machines. - Provide maintenance and service support for machines at customer sites. - Conduct training for operators and maintenance teams. - Prepare service reports, training documents, and customer feedback forms.

Key Responsibilities - Ensure 100% customer satisfaction by providing timely installation, service, and training support. - Analyze customer complaints, identify solutions, and coordinate with the CFT team to resolve them. - Develop effective pre-planning strategies for smooth execution of all service-related tasks. - Conduct technical training, performance reviews, and provide feedback to engineers for continuous improvement. - Monitor and enhance service quality, response time, and team productivity. - Maintain service documentation, reports, and feedback records for future reference and improvement.

Job Overview : The Production Planning Engineer is responsible for preparing and executing efficient production plans, ensuring optimal resource utilization and on-time delivery. The ideal candidate should have a mechanical background, strong analytical thinking, and the ability to coordinate across departments to meet deadlines. Key Responsibilities : - Develop daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on customer orders and internal capacity. - Analyze ERP system data to identify gaps, delays, or resource inefficiencies. - Coordinate with design, purchase, stores, production, and quality teams for smooth production flow. - Monitor production progress, identify bottlenecks, and take corrective actions. - Maintain accurate production records, reports, and KPIs. - Ensure timely availability of materials by collaborating with procurement and inventory teams. - Drive process improvements using data and planning tools. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field. - Strong analytical skills; experience with production data analysis. - Knowledge of manufacturing processes: machining, fabrication, and assembly. - Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.). - Effective communication and cross-functional coordination skills. - Ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet tight deadlines. - Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles is a plus.

The candidate must also be able to complete field wiring as per the design and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: - Perform panel wiring independently as per design and quality standards. - Perform field wiring independently as per the wiring layout and design. - Upload and download PLC and HMI programs into the machine. - Carry out manual testing and checking after installation. - Should be capable of handling and coordinating with 2–3 subordinates or juniors. Required Skills & Knowledge: - Strong understanding of panel board and field wiring. - Familiar with components such as: - Induction motor, servo motor - VFD drives, servo drives - Contactors, relays, OLR, SSR - Sensors, thermocouples - HMI and PLC wiring - DBR, MCP, SMPS, micro stepper - NO–NC elements, fuses, soldering - Ability to read and understand electrical diagrams and wiring logic is essential. - Occasional travel required – typically 3 to 4 days, once every 3 to 4 months, for on-site service support.
