We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our BPO voice process team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, understanding their needs, and providing appropriate solutions or product recommendations. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to handle rejections gracefully, and a drive to meet or exceed sales targets. Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective customers and promote products/services. Understand customer needs and offer solutions to meet their requirements. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs. Handle customer queries and objections effectively and professionally. Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and follow-ups in CRM systems. Follow the company’s standard operating procedures and sales scripts. Provide feedback on customer interactions and contribute to process improvement. Work in alignment with the quality and compliance standards of the organization. Required Skills & Qualifications:Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in BPO voice sales (preferred). Strong verbal communication skills in English (Hindi or regional languages is a plus). Ability to convince and influence customers effectively. Target-driven and self-motivated with a results-oriented approach. Basic computer knowledge and experience with CRM or dialer tools is an advantage. Willingness to work in rotational shifts (if applicable). High school diploma or bachelor's degree preferred.
