Stakeholder Communication: Facilitating communication between the board and stakeholders. Secretarial Audits: Ensuring compliance with secretarial standards and internal procedures. Advising the Board: Providing guidance on legal and governance matters. Maintaining Statutory Books: Keeping registers of members, directors, and secretaries. Shareholder Communication: Managing shareholder meetings and addressing their inquiries. Contract Management: Managing contracts with suppliers and customers.
