Ensure designs comply with Godrej Interio’s brand standards and technical specifications. 🔹 Sales & Client Management: Welcome and guide walk-in clients at the showroom. Explain modular kitchen products, hardware, appliances, warranty, and installation timelines. Prepare and share cost estimates and proposals with clients. Follow up diligently on leads, convert inquiries into sales, and achieve monthly sales targets. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Godrej Interio products, offers, and design trends. Coordinate with the back-end team for order processing, manufacturing, and installation updates. Required Qualifications: Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related discipline. 1–3 years of experience in kitchen/interior design and sales (experience with branded modular kitchens is preferred). Familiarity with modular kitchen layouts: L-shape, U-shape, parallel, island, etc. Working knowledge of AutoCAD or any 2D/3D kitchen design software. Good communication and interpersonal skills in English and Hindi. Pleasant personality with a flair for retail selling and customer service. Preferred Experience: Experience with Godrej Interio or similar premium brands (e.g., Sleek, Livspace, Hettich, Hafele, HomeTown, etc.). Knowledge of Noida/NCR market and customer preferences. Understanding of ERP/CRM tools and showroom operations.
