Maintain logs of incidents and daily reports. Assist in playback footage for investigation or verification. Escalate urgent matters to the security supervisor or mall management. Coordinate with security guards and police, if needed. Skills Required: Basic knowledge of CCTV systems and video management software. Alertness, attention to detail, and quick response ability. Familiarity with control room operations. Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
