Job Overview: We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Tech Inventory & Dispatch Executive to manage our technical hardware inventory, coordinate timely dispatch of materials to project sites, and support basic electrical and soldering tasks when required. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth functioning of on-ground installations and maintaining the integrity of our technical assets. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and regularly update inventory of all tech equipment including boom barriers, RFID readers, controllers, cameras, and cables. Receive, record, and inspect incoming hardware shipments and components. Prepare and dispatch materials as per project schedules and site requirements. Track movement of materials and ensure timely delivery to sites and technicians. Perform basic soldering, wiring, and assembly of electronic components when required. Conduct quality checks on returned or repaired devices and update records accordingly. Coordinate with procurement and field teams to manage reordering and restocking. Maintain cleanliness, safety, and order in the store/inventory area. Assist engineers in basic troubleshooting and assembling of low-voltage systems when needed. Required Skills and Qualifications: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar tech/store management role. Basic knowledge of electrical components, wiring, and low-voltage systems. Hands-on experience in soldering and electronic repairs is a plus. Familiarity with inventory tracking tools or software (Google Sheets/Excel mandatory). Strong organizational and time-management skills. High attention to detail and accountability. Preferred Qualifications: ITI/Diploma in Electrical or Electronics or similar background. Experience in installation/dispatch management for tech/IoT devices is a plus. Basic understanding of boom barriers, RFID systems, and security devices is desirable. Work Environment: Full-time, on-site role. May require occasional field visits for tech installation support. Should be comfortable lifting and handling medium-sized tech equipment.
