Job Summary: As a Food Server, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive experience for all guests by delivering outstanding customer service, taking accurate food and drink orders, and serving them. Key Responsibilities: Greet guests promptly, courteously, and with a positive attitude Present menus and explain daily specials, ingredients, and menu items handover food and drinks to customers in professional manner Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in regularly and responding promptly to requests Handle guest complaints or concerns gracefully.
