About Us: We are a D2C jewellery brand with our own manufacturing setup , offering readymade and fully customisable gold, diamond, and silver jewellery at the lowest possible making charges . Hiring Timeline: Immediate (within this month) Role Overview: We are looking for a well-spoken, organised, and customer-focused Jewellery Sales & Client Relations Executive to join our team. This is not just a sales job – it’s a blend of relationship management, follow-ups, and creative contribution. Key Responsibilities: Daily follow-up with customers and internal team on jewellery orders Collect and record after-sales customer feedback Regular follow-ups for payment receivables (debt recovery) Track and follow up on monthly incentive scheme payments After completing core responsibilities, support in counter sales ( no sales targets ) Contribute ideas for online business expansion Open to Work From Home (WFH) when required Minimum 70 hours/week work commitment ✅ Required Skills: Gender: Male (as specified by your requirement) Communication: Exceptionally soft-spoken, a patient and good listener. Language Proficiency: Fluent in Bengali, Hindi, and English (spoken and written). Tech Savvy: Basic computer knowledge, proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint , and professional email communication. Digital Communication: Comfortable and skilled in using WhatsApp for business communication. Customer-Focused: A genuine desire to serve customers, build rapport, and ensure their satisfaction. Detail-Oriented: Meticulous in tracking orders, payments, and customer interactions. Proactive & Resourceful: Ability to take initiative and contribute new ideas.
