Email Management: Monitor incoming sales orders and inquiries, ensuring prompt attention and forwarding inquiries to top management. Inquiry Handling: Respond to inquiries, seek guidance when needed, and prepare quotaon based on requirement & submit to client. Data Management: Maintain Google Data sheet for tracking enquiries and quotations. Order Processing: Coordinate negotiations and follow-ups until finalization, then forward orders to relevant departments. Technical Support: Prepare Bill of Material (BOM) based on customer requirements. Additionally, you will assist the sales and marketing team, contribute to process improvement, conduct market research, reconcile customer balances, and provide client support. Maintaining activity reports and reporting to superiors are also part of your responsibilities. Be prepared to tackle any task assigned by top management.
