Location - Roha, Maharashtra Experience - Fresher to 2 yrs Salary - As per Industry Norms Interested Candidates can share their CV on [email protected] and whatsapp 8600146317 Key Responsibilities : Order Coordination: Receive and process customer orders as per internal procedures. Coordinate with sales, accounts, and production teams for order scheduling. Ensure orders are accurately entered in the system (Tally/ERP). Store Management: Maintain inward and outward material records. Monitor stock levels and inform for replenishment. Ensure physical stock matches system records. Handle material receipts, stacking, and proper labeling. Dispatch Coordination: Plan daily/weekly dispatches based on order priority and availability. Prepare dispatch documents (challans, invoices, e-way bills, gate pass, etc.) Coordinate with transporters and logistics teams for timely deliveries. Track and follow up on deliveries until completion. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of stock, orders, and dispatch logs. Generate daily/weekly MIS reports for management review. Assist in internal audits, reconciliations, and inventory checks. Key Skills: Hands-on experience in stores and dispatch operations Proficient in Tally, Excel, and ERP systems Strong coordination and communication skills Good understanding of transport, e-way bill, and logistics documentation Time management and multitasking abilities Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
