Assist in preparing and maintaining documentation required for audits or inspections. 2. Bank Reconciliation : Update daily cash and bank transaction records. Match bank statements with internal records and flag discrepancies. Assist the accountant in preparing monthly bank reconciliation statements. Keep copies of cheques, deposit slips, and NEFT/RTGS entries filed properly. 3. Billing & Dispatch Support: Generate invoices and delivery challans based on dispatch reports. Share documents with clients and coordinate dispatch with transporters or couriers. Maintain dispatch registers and tracking logs. 4. Stock Register Maintenance: Assist in updating stock inward/outward logs manually or in software. Coordinate with the store/assembly team to record daily movement of goods. Participate in periodic stock-taking exercises.
