This is a full-time position, ideal for professionals with 4 to 6 years of experience in maintenance roles. The successful candidate will work across various company locations including Colva, Arambol, Curchorem, Benaulim, Ponda, and Candolim. The Maintenance Executive will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and smooth functioning of our facilities in line with industry standards. Qualifications And Skills Demonstrated experience of 4 to 6 years in maintenance-related roles, particularly in the hospitality industry. Strong proficiency in time management to efficiently handle multiple tasks and prioritize them according to business needs. Effective in asset tracking to ensure all equipment and facilities are maintained, serviced, and accounted for. Proven knowledge and hands-on experience with HVAC systems, ensuring these systems are operational and well-maintained. Strong understanding of facility management to ensure the smooth operation, safety, and sustainability of our physical infrastructure. Excellent team leadership skills to manage and guide the maintenance team towards achieving business goals.
