Position Summary: We are seeking a well-presented and personable Guest Relations Executive to be the welcoming face of Hotel Solaris. This role is ideal for someone who is fluent in English, exudes confidence and charm, and enjoys interacting with people. You will be responsible for greeting and assisting walk-in guests, especially those visiting for banquet and wedding bookings, as well as ensuring a smooth and pleasant check-in experience for hotel guests. Key Responsibilities: Greet guests with warmth and professionalism upon arrival. Understand guest requirements and provide information about banquet facilities, hotel rooms, and services. Assist in seating guests in our lobby or banquet lounge while they wait for meetings or viewings. Coordinate with banquet sales and front office teams to ensure timely follow-ups and smooth handling of walk-in queries. Maintain a poised, presentable, and confident demeaner at all times. Address guest queries or concerns with a helpful and solution-oriented approach. Keep a log of guest interactions and update inquiry records. Requirements: Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus. Pleasant and well-groomed appearance with a confident and friendly attitude. Prior experience in hospitality or customer-facing roles is preferred but not mandatory. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to make guests feel valued and welcomed.
