Key Responsibilities: Wash and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces regularly. Clean dishes, glassware, and cutlery efficiently using manual or automated systems. Assist kitchen staff with basic preparation tasks as directed by the chef. Maintain cleanliness and organization in kitchen, storage, and service areas. Ensure timely waste disposal and assist in recycling activities. Monitor cleaning supply inventory and report replenishment needs. Comply with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations. Support events, banquet setups, and kitchen logistics as needed. Qualifications and Skills: Minimum 10th pass or equivalent.
