Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update day-to-day accounting records in Tally or ERP software. Prepare and process invoices, receipts, payments, and journal entries. Assist in reconciliation of bank statements, vendor payments, and ledgers. Handle petty cash transactions and maintain proper records. Assist in GST filing, TDS, and other statutory compliances. Support in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting. Track and record expenses related to site operations, purchases, and client payments. Maintain proper documentation of agreements, purchase orders, and bills. Coordinate with internal departments (sales, purchase, site team) for timely data entry and clarifications. Assist senior accounts staff and auditors during audits. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent. 1–2 years of accounting experience (real estate background preferred). Proficiency in Tally ERP, Excel, and basic accounting tools. Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic taxation rules. Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy. Good communication and coordination skills. Ability to work under supervision and handle multiple tasks.
